By booking a workshop with Dew Room Art™, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payments
Reservation: Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our authorized UPI channels.
Inclusions: Prices include all necessary art materials and instruction unless otherwise stated in the specific workshop description.
Accuracy: Participants must provide a valid email and phone number for session updates.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
7+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus a ₹100 administrative processing fee).
48 Hours to 7 Days Notice: No refund. However, we offer a one-time reschedule credit valid for 60 days.
Less than 48 Hours / No-Show: No refunds or credits will be issued as materials, seating, and venue costs are committed in advance.
Cancellations by Dew Room Art: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
3. Workshop Conduct & Safety
Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. To ensure a quality experience for all, participants arriving more than 20 minutes late may be denied entry without a refund.
Age Requirement: Unless specified as a "Kids Workshop," participants must be 13+ years old. For "Sip & Paint" events involving alcohol, participants must be of legal drinking age.
Medium Disclaimer: Individuals with respiratory sensitivities or known allergies to art supplies should consult us before booking. Participation is at the individual's own discretion.
4. Liability Waiver
Personal Property: We provide aprons where possible, but Dew Room Art is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, or personal electronics (phones/cameras) caused by art materials. Please wear "art-friendly" attire.
Personal Safety: Participants assume all risks associated with the use of art tools and materials during the session.
5. Intellectual Property
All workshop curriculum, instructional methods, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Dew Room Art™. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Participants may not record full instructional segments or reproduce our curriculum for commercial gain. While we encourage social media sharing, please respect our creative process by not filming 'step-by-step' tutorials during the session.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
